I have worked as a Registered Dietitian / holistic nutritionist with interest in overall functional well-being for over 10 years.

My goal is to help clients reach their goals through development of lifestyle strategies that integrate seamlessly into their daily routine. Small goals practiced regularly are what I feel leads to long term, realistic change.

I earned a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition as well as a Bachelors degree in Biopsychology, and have taken additional coursework in human nutrition and functional medicine. When working together, we will look not only into your nutrition but also other aspects of your life — such as sleep, stress, and movement — to help you reach your goals in a realistic, holistic way. I believe in finding techniques that work best for you personally to de-stress - whether that is exercise, meditation, or tea and a good book - to make the best out of all aspects of your life.
